Slow Flow with Jennifer.
This is a 90-minute class including meditation, slow stretching, standing and seated poses, and deep relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat, props are available in the studio.
Saturday 9:30am-11am
Vinyasa Flow with Jennifer.
This is a 90-minute mixed levels class, including meditation, beginner to intermediate poses, and deep relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat, props are available in the studio.
